Collaborated with Director of Multicultural Affairs to educate and inform the 300 conference attendees about the importance of supporting women leaders in our community by shopping and eating at locally owned businesses. Kathy curated the CRAVE book projects, 1st and 2nd editions, which feature over 100 smart, savvy local women owned restaurants, fashion and service businesses.
The CRAVE guide to the best women owned businesses in the Twin Cities was given to all the keynote speakers and breakout session panelists.
