"All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy"- not to mention you end up looking Jack Nicholson in The Shining. Soooo-this week, I share my best advice for How to be happier and healthier at work and home so you don't end up like a crazy lunatic! When you have a professional career in the corporate world, think of your job as your business, so when I mention business owners in this video- think of your career, regardless of what you do professionally, because that is where you spend your working time and energy when you are away from home.
