We often have issues at work we simply cannot discuss with our colleagues or our boss. Or online social media. Some issues are too sensitive in nature (salary negotiations) or too difficult to find objective answers (how to communicate with a bad boss). 

Most often, I find busy professionals think they are alone in their struggle in a particular area and feel they can't talk to anyone at work or at home about their situation or issue for a variety of reasons. I call this feeling terminally unique. We feel that no one else could possibly have this same issue or problem and therefore there is no use in trying to find a solution to make your situation better. 

Wrong. You are NOT alone! I talk with hundreds of busy professionals and entrepreneurs every year who have similar tough situations, hurdles, issues at work and at home. The problem is no one talks about their struggles which creates an environment in which we feel alone. Worse, we feel there is no way to make our situation better. 

I have created my weekly videos as a safe forum by which you can hear my honest and straightforward advice to resolving more-common-than-you-think (yet certainly not fun) work issues and tough situations. You would not believe the number of private emails and notes I get after every public speaking engagement - following my 15-20 minutes of Q & A. Typically I collect 20 questions outlining situations from busy professionals that they deem too tough to ask in public and that they cannot find answers for from colleagues.
