The key strategy to achieving your new year goals

The key strategy to achieving your new year goals is in this short video I made just for you. Set realistic goals for yourself this New Year by asking yourself a few honest questions about what you can get done in 2016, in both your work and home life.

Don't be overwhelmed with the process of setting your goals. You are in control of setting your own goals- both professionally and personally. In this week's short video, I share with you the one question you need to ask yourself when you set your goals; "What can I realistically get done in this period of time?" Any goal outside that perimeter is unattainable, causes you continuous stress and makes you feel like a failure if you cannot achieve it- correct?

I want you to achieveyour own goals and feel successful at work and at home! Please watch my short video this week and learn how to make your 2016 goals realistic for your work and home life. Within 3 minutes I share with you the key strategy to achieving your new year goals!

My simple strategy: make your goals realistic, actionable and not overwhelming. How do you do this? I suggest you ask yourself honestly, and with no judgment, what can you get accomplished in the next 1, 2, 3 months in your personal and professional life? Don't burden yourself with overreaching goals that cannot be realistically met. That sets you up for failure and defeat. Set yourself up for continuous success!

I want you to feel accomplished, validated, motivated and empowered to make your work and home life what you want it to be.

In order to check tasks off your list and get closer to accomplishing your goals, you must initially set your goals with serious consideration of your current home and work situation. It is far better to actually be able to achieve smaller goals, making you feel successful and motivated to move forward, then it is to feel defeated and overwhelmed with goals that are unattainable.

You have the power to set your new year goals and now you have the key strategy to achieve your new year goals!

Let's make it a great year!

Best,

Kathy
